Simplified Login Process
- Starting from 3 March 2026, the login method through answering login question has been completely discontinued. Customers must log in using one-time password SMS or biometric authentication
- Classic 3-in-1 and Racing Touch customers are advised to link their betting accounts with personal digital devices using one-time password SMS authentication with "#HKJC" as the SMS sender name. Once set up, they will no longer need to answer login questions for subsequent logins and enjoy enhanced account security
- If you have changed your mobile number or have not yet provided it, and are unable to receive the verification code via SMS, which has led to a failure in logging in, you can use the HKJC Classic 3-in-1 app to update your mobile number
- eWin customers are advised that they can trust the web browser after completing one-time password SMS authentication with "#HKJC" as the SMS sender name and will not need to use one-time password SMS authentication to log in for subsequent logins within the following twenty-four hours

- Protect yourself from phishing SMS. The Club will not send out SMS messages asking customers to upgrade, nor will it ask customers to log in or provide personal information through third-party emails, SMS, websites, apps, or phone calls. If you receive any suspicious messages or phone calls, please call our Customer Service Hotline at 1817 or 1818, or email us at customer.care@hkjc.com to verify the message or callers’ identity
